Zonne Building Consulting Pty Ltd (Zonne) is a professional building surveying and building consultancy firm operating throughout Metropolitan Melbourne and Country Victoria. Zonne’s principal business is in building surveying, building consultancy including general regulatory consulting associated with the building industry.

Jason Singh, Director of Zonne Building Consulting has had more than 20 years’ experience in the building surveying profession and has developed skills in all sectors of the building surveying profession. Zonne has a network of contacts throughout the building industry with other associated building professionals providing access to a broad base of expertise including architects, draftspersons, engineers, town planners, developers, state and local government departments, builders, maintenance contractors, land surveyors and energy rating experts.

We pride ourselves in providing a friendly, professional and customer-focused service whilst being readily available to assist all clients. We also understand the practical side to applying building legislation and the litigation involved with issues that may occur on site. Building Code Consultant & Registered Building Inspector

George has undertaken a Bachelor of Building Surveying, has in excess of six years experience as a Building Code Consultant and is a Registered Building Inspector-Limited. George has developed a solid client base attesting to his technical knowledge, excellent client relations and commitment.

George has established exceptional knowledge in residential construction including but not limited to swimming pools, volume homes, unit developments and high-end custom builds.

Maintaining a high level of work ethic and commitment, George ensures project deadlines are met and client satisfaction is exceeded.

Anthony (Tony) Buckle

Building Code Consultant & Registered Building Inspector

Tony has completed the Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying and has in excess of 3 years experience as a Building Code Consultant and is a Registered Building Inspector-Limited which has enriched his knowledge of Building Code Compliance and its application to projects.

Tony has established a diverse range of project experience including, but not limited to, volume homes, unit developments and high-end custom builds.

Maintaining a high level of work ethic and commitment, Tony ensures project deadlines are met and client satisfaction is exceeded.
